About the Role
Managing multiple tasks across projects. Projects will include building works associated with building services, investigative works, structural seismic works and fitout, encompassing;
Ensure H&S requirements are implemented at all times
Keeping key LTM managers updated regularly, escalating any issues immediately
Monitor progress and develop onsite QA documentation
Plan, order and oversee delivery of materials
As required, review shop drawings and attend contractor and consultant design meetings
Keeping in close contact with site staff
Ensure work complies with regulations and legislations
Take ownership, ensuring deadlines are met
Monitor and report subcontractor and staff output and quality
Project and monitor labour requirements
Note:
This is a 12 month fixed term role, in keeping with programme commitments.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You are a genuine team player with strong communication skills, you are clear and concise. You are a strong business representative to the clients, consultants, and councils. You are well prepared for end of month reporting, through proper document control procedures. You have a strong attention to detail; you always know your sub-contractors' scope of works. Commitment to H&S is evident in your safety record. You set high standards on site and manage QA well, ensuring a defect management programme is in place.
