MAS prides itself on providing connection and collaboration with our graduating Medical, Legal, and Engineering students. Hosting and supporting events from Expos at Te Pae, financial literacy workshops, hosting quiz nights to being on location at orientation and much more


As a
MAS Graduate Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring strong connections and support with a variety of groups as they navigate their studies, through to graduation and beyond.

You enjoy connecting with people, are a strong speaker, a self-starter, and are passionate about financial literacy and protecting our Members and their families.

Our Grad Advisers know building strong relationships is fundamental.

You'll need to be comfortable developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our business, identify opportunities, and onboard new Members.

You will be part of a highly engaged and committed team providing an exceptional experience for our Members.

Administration is a large part of this role, so accuracy is key to ensuring we meet our Member's expectations and they trust us to get it right every time.


He kōrero mōu | Key attributes we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in a customerfacing role
  • Proven experience advising and selling personal insurance and/or KiwiSaver
  • CRM Experience with strong administrative skills
  • Effective time management and intrinsically motivated
  • Have, or committed to obtaining your New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 v2
