Our client has an immediate requirement for a seasoned professional Squad/Tech Team Lead to join their global SaaS software house here in Auckland.

Your role will include working with the team to create the technical visions and roadmaps and then working with your team to turn that vision into a reality.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skillsets and experience;

7+ years Commercial Experience Developing Software products for the commercial market
At least 2+ years of experience leading a team (Role will be Hands On Development) and setting the standards across development by example
Experience in C#.NET, Javascript/Typescript, ReactJS, SQL, Microservices, Cloud Services
Strong experience developing using AWS technologies
Strong technical mentoring, coaching, and career development coaching skillsets for team members
Leading the overall planning and execution of complex deliverables of your team
Development of software and tooling (features, CI/CD pipeline, internal tools, etc)
