    WHO YOU ARE

    In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of our CEO's public image and a key driver of our corporate narrative across social platforms, including TikTok and LinkedIn.

    Your mission will be to craft and disseminate compelling content that positions our CEO as a thought leader and key opinion leader in the wellness industry, while also reinforcing our company's position as a global wellness leader through strategic communication and event management.


    Key Responsibilities:

    CEO Reputation Management:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy focused on enhancing the CEO's industry presence and leadership image.

    Work closely with the CEO to create authentic and impactful stories that resonate with our audience, aligning with our core values and vision.

    Monitor and manage online reputation for the Group and CEO's office.


    Social Media Mastery:
    Launch and manage the CEO's TikTok account, tapping into new audiences and trends to boost engagement and brand affinity.
    Leverage LinkedIn to establish the CEO as a thought leader, sharing insights, company achievements, and industry trends.
    Create a robust social media strategy that includes content planning, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.


    Content Creation & Strategy:
    Lead content development initiatives, ensuring a consistent and impactful message across all platforms.
    Implement an innovative content calendar that highlights key company milestones, wellness insights, and leadership perspectives.
    Craft engaging narratives for various formats, from video scripts to blog posts, tailored to each social platform's unique audience.


    Communications & Events:
    Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that underscore our leadership in the global wellness industry.
    Coordinate and elevate corporate events to reflect our brand's messaging and commitment to industry excellence.
    Produce compelling press releases, speeches, and communication materials that highlight our dedication to wellness innovation.
    Oversee crisis communication and reputation management initiatives to safeguard our industry-leading image.


    Minimum Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

    At least 7 years of experience in PR, communications, or a similar role, with a significant focus on social media and content strategy.

    Demonstrated success in building and managing a personal or corporate brand on social platforms, especially TikTok and LinkedIn.
    Deep understanding of the wellness industry, with the ability to translate trends into compelling content and strategies.
    Exceptional storytelling skills, with a knack for crafting messages that engage and inspire diverse audiences.
    Proven track record of working closely with C-level executives to craft and convey their personal and professional narratives.
    Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams.
