- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Check quality of ingredients
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to prepare food items during dining
- Maintain accurate food inventories and place orders when there are shortages
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Rotate stock items as per established procedures

Description
Peng Hao Company Limited a is looking for THREE full-time Chinese Cook to join our Gisborne team, mainly responsible for cooking Chinese meals, such as Szechuan style cuisine, Tender Beef with Oyster Sauce, Fried rice, Egg Fu Yeong, Choi Mein etc.
You must demonstrate you have knowledge of cooking these dishes.This is a permanent full-time position.
You will work 30-40 hours per week on the roster (minimum 30 hours ) with an hourly rate of $ , depending on your skills qualification and work experience.
You are required to have at least 6 months of relevant work experience and be able to cook delicious dishes.
