We have an exciting opportunity for

Medical Imaging Technologists

with expertise in CT and General Radiography to join a one of our client hospitals nestled in a small town community within the South Island of New Zealand.

Requirements

Proficiency in CT and General Radiography
Eligibility to obtain registration with the Medical Radiation Board of Technologists (MRTB)
Relevant qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

Conducting diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans and general radiography examinations
Ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout the imaging process
Operating and maintaining imaging equipment in accordance with safety protocols
Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis
Maintaining accurate patient records and producing high-quality imaging reports
Adhering to professional and ethical standards in line with regulatory requirements
