Edwards White Architects is on the lookout for a talented and highly motivated architect or graduate of architecture to join our studio. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience who is ready to contribute to meaningful projects and grow their skills within our collaborative team.

You will be confident navigating complex projects, detail-oriented in your approach, and driven to create beautiful, thoughtful architecture. We value curiosity, initiative, and an eagerness to continually learn and develop your craft.

Your role will include:

• Collaborating closely with directors and senior team members on a variety of design-led projects.
• Contributing to all stages of the design process, from concept through to documentation and delivery.
• Bringing creative problem-solving skills and technical expertise to the table.

What we would like to see from you:

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking, attention to detail, and a refined architectural sensibility.
• Proficiency in Revit or similar design and documentation software.
• Experience working across multiple project phases, with a sound understanding of construction in NZ.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a love of good design.
