We are looking for a senior motion designer/animator to join a creative experience agency in 2023.

As the studio experiences rapid growth and positive change this pivotal position is not only creative and technical, but also a lead role that requires someone who can mentor juniors and guide others toward successful outcomes.

Requirements:

Minimum of six years creative agency experience
2D and 3D experience Cinema 4D/Element 3D
Motion and animation
Superior knowledge of the 12 principles of animation
Able to work under pressure
Excellent creativity with original ideas
100% a team player
Highest level technical skills with the ability to pass it on and mentor growth in others
Graphic design skills

You are someone who can wow with your ability to story tell and understand how media is consumed. Mentor the junior motion team, lead motion projects and seize this amazing opportunity to deliver new and innovative solutions. Stay up to date with technology, graphic design, and other cinematic techniques.

Our client works across FMCG, government, telecommunications, financial and automotive sectors delivering high end activation, and experience projects.

This role will produce work from explainer and how to videos through to large scale hero cinematic trailers for events and virtual and hybrid experiences.

This is a senior level position supporting the Creative Director and will require someone who is commercially savvy.
