About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at our Rangiora Branch, you will pride yourself on exceptional service and delivery to our customers in a timely, professional, and safe manner.

This is a fast-paced role where your adaptability and versatility will be key to our branch.

Identify the right products quickly and efficiently, serving customers at the counter, assisting on the shop floor and processing sales documentation.
Maintain a seamless store experience by accurately processing sales refunds, maintaining high levels of showroom standards, and displaying 100% accuracy to ensure the correct account and product is charged.

Basic computer skills
Previous experience working in customer service.
Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
