About the role


As a Customer Service Representative at our Rangiora Branch, you will pride yourself on exceptional service and delivery to our customers in a timely, professional, and safe manner.

This is a fast-paced role where your adaptability and versatility will be key to our branch.

  • Identify the right products quickly and efficiently, serving customers at the counter, assisting on the shop floor and processing sales documentation.
  • Maintain a seamless store experience by accurately processing sales refunds, maintaining high levels of showroom standards, and displaying 100% accuracy to ensure the correct account and product is charged.

  • Previous experience working in customer service.
  • Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
