    Description
    We are seeking three Automotive Painters who has highly capable of repairing & painting damage vehicles.

    The Automotive painter is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are repaired to the highest quality standard, within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the approved repair specifications.

    We are reputed car dealership located in New Lynn, Auckland engages in selling of quality consumable vehicles to New Zealanders since 2016 & specialize in all types of Japanese Imports which have been carefully selected and inspected by Japan.


    Job Role :

    • Handle all company tools and equipment with due care and attention ensuring they remain safe, clean and in a workable condition.
    • Prepare surfaces: Remove exterior trim and hardware, buff and polish surfaces, and prepare surfaces for painting by pressure washing, sand and scraping, and cleaning.
    • Mix colors: Match colours and mix paints to obtain desired colour or consistency.
    • Apply paint: Apply paint and other coatings to the exteriors and interiors of vehicles using various tools and techniques.
    • Create custom designs: Create custom paint designs for clients and customers.
    • Repair paint: Repair the paint on older or collision damaged cars and trucks.
    • Ensure that required documentation is complete and compliant before handover.
    • Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
    • Follows all safety and security procedures.
    Qualifications

    • Strong commitment to working safely.
    • Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the relevant field OR any trade qualification.
