Parts and Service Advisor in
West Auckland

- $65 000 base + Commissions + Vehicle

The role with see you cross performing both Parts and Service advisor duties within a well-structured Dealership environment, alongside solid support and Leadership.

On a day-to-day basis, you will

Deal with service and parts clientele in a professional, prompt and courteous manner
Portray a positive first impression of the Service and Parts Department
Advise Parts availability, procurement and allocation of stock
Book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
Pre pick and preparation of service and mechanical parts
Inform customers of the progress of their vehicle
Maximise opportunities to upsell for both departments
Finalise the invoice on completion of required work

About you

The ability to work independently in a busy, pressurised environment is essential
Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role
Selfmotivated, with a proactive approach to customer service
Wellpresented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Strong computer literacy and numerical skills essential
Background in either Dealership parts sales or a service advisor
