    Description
    We are seeking a hard-working and reliable construction worker to join our team.
    The company offers good work environment and approachable management.
    We are looking for proactive team players to join our team.

    We need someone who is willing to commit to our company and is prepared to take the responsibility and run with it.

    You will participate in a variety of construction projects and follow construction plans and instructions.

    You will be required to work minimum 30 Hours and up to 45 Hours each week as per roaster shift.


    Job Duties:
    A Construction Worker's responsibilities primarily focus on completing building projects in a timely and effective manner.
    The following are some responsibilities and duties of a Construction Worker:

    Loading and unloading construction materials and equipment, and transporting them around building sites
    Erecting frameworks, roof frames, roofs, and walls
    Following instructions from construction
    Cleaning the construction site by removing hazards materials and debris from the worksite
    Assisting craft workers such as carpenters or electricians with their duties, if needed
    Help team members and superiors in construction projects.
    Assemble and apply construction materials.
    Demolish old structures and prepare the site for construction.
    mixing, spreading, and levelling concrete, plaster, and mortar.
    laying out fence lines and lifting and positioning posts
    digging holes and trenches, and spreading, levelling and compacting soil, gravel, sand, and ballast
    Place safety traffic signals to ensure safety.
    Adhere to safety laws and regulations


    Role requirements:
    To be successful you must have at least a diploma/certificate relevant qualification or 3 years relevant industry work experience.
    Capable of working in a team.
    Good communication and interpersonal skills
    Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
    Enjoy working outdoors and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks.
    Be healthy, strong, and fit.
