Mulford Holdings Ltd is a local Dunedin company with branches in Central Otago and the Mackenzie Country specializing in Painting, Waterproofing and Flooring.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Concrete Grinding, with the ability to work on a variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial.

You will be working within the wider Dunedin area with opportunities to travel during the week days to Southland Central Otago and the Mackenzie Country.

• Proven 2 years experience as a Concrete Grinder or similar role.
• Knowledge preferred in operating concrete grinding equipment.
• Knowledge preferred in understanding of concrete surfaces and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Excellent time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
