An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Team Lead to join our talented team.
Purpose of Role Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Define and own the delivery performance and quality system that underpins successful customer delivery, including standards, best practices, and prevention led governance.
Establish what great looks like for configuration, implementations, and integrations, ensuring standards are documented, understood, and consistently applied across the Delivery Team.
Lead quality, integration, and continuous improvement functions, driving measurable uplift in delivery predictability, reduced rework, and stronger customer confidence.
Partner closely with the Solutions Delivery Manager to translate QA findings, integration outcomes, rework trends, and utilisation data into corrective and preventative actions and practical improvements.
Own CAPA discipline, ensuring recurring issues are addressed at root cause and improvements are embedded into delivery practices, training, and tooling.
Deliver structured training and capability uplift programs aligned to product changes, delivery gaps, and emerging configuration risks.
Own performance and utilisation reporting across the Performance Delivery Team, providing decision ready insights that inform resourcing, prioritisation, and capability planning.
Lead the Latest Version of e P Working Group to ensure feature readiness, clear configuration standards, and effective rollout and enablement across Delivery and customer facing teams.
We're looking for someone who Has 8 plus years experience in Saa S delivery, professional services, and or technical implementation environments, with a track record of improving delivery predictability and quality at scale.
Has led multi disciplinary teams across QA, integrations, continuous improvement, or delivery performance functions, and enjoys building strong systems and standards.
Is prevention led and highly analytical, able to translate data into actionable insights, CAPA programs, and measurable performance uplift.
Brings deep understanding of Saa S implementation delivery and performance governance, including defining standards, reducing variability, and lifting consistency.
Is a confident cross functional leader who can align Delivery, Product, Customer Success, and Sales around feature readiness and what good looks like.
Communicates with clarity and influence at all levels, including executive ready reporting and decision support.
Is pragmatic, collaborative, and calm under pressure, comfortable navigating complexity and driving accountability.
Is passionate about building high performing teams, scalable delivery capability, and consistent customer excellence.
