Description

You will drive continuous improvement in estimating processes, foster collaboration with bid leadership teams, and ensure the long-term success and profitability of projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure that you are providing accurate cost estimates.

You will be required to look over documentation that determines whether projects are within the scope and budgets of the company's abilities.

You will maintain accurate records which include data, quotes and documentation.

Having a passion for the HVAC building services industry will be essential for keeping up with the latest developments and market trends.

About You

You are a driven Mechanical Estimator with a focus on Building Services, ideally with experience in commercial building projects.

Along With a Can-do Attitude You Will Possess An Outstanding Attention To Detail Ensuring That All Work Personally Done Or Overseen Is Of The Highest Quality.

You Will Also Bring With You

Experience with New Zealand standards
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with excellent time management skills also
Disciplined and self-motivated with a positive approach to work.
Customer focused and committed to providing a high quality of service.
Effective interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team.
Flexibility and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.
