We are the Citizen & Customer Services unit where our team is all about making our customer's day - putting exceptional customer service at the centre of our Council.

- Be the first point of contact for the Council ,
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in person , < li >Support the community with a wide variety of queries including rates bill queries, booking swimming lessons and arranging contractors to remove graffiti
