As a Corporate Administrator at Beca, you will be at the heart of our operations, contributing to the efficient functioning of our corporate environment.

This role is multifaceted, involving tasks related to events coordination, marketing support, office administration, and operations management. You will also play a vital role in providing personal assistant support to key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage corporate events, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients and employees.
  • Provide essential support to our marketing initiatives, contributing to the promotion of our brand and services.
  • Oversee office support functions, including fleet management, stationery supplies, and office fitouts.
  • Assist in personal support tasks, offering support to key executives.
  • Serve as the face of Beca locally, maintaining excellent communication with clients, partners, and visitors.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in corporate administration, events coordination, and office support.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and a knack for multitasking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing you to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in managing operations such as fleet, stationery, and office fitouts.
  • Familiarity with personal assistant duties is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, adapting to changing priorities with ease.
