Central TTM is a well-established traffic management company known for delivering exceptional quality work across diverse industries.We are excited to offer two exceptional career opportunities to join our dynamic team either in Porirua or Havelock North, dedicated to Temporary Traffic Management site set-ups.
As part of our team, you will report to the Branch Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in leading our field operations team to provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
In this diverse role, your responsibilities will include:
Oversight of Traffic Operations for either the Wellington or Hawkes Bay area.
Assisting in job scheduling and team rostering, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Managing equipment and fleet operations.
Supporting ongoing team training and development.
Ensuring the production of all necessary documentation to meet legislation, Codes of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management (Co PTTM and NZGTTM), and local Road Controlling Authority (RCA) requirements.
Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations for the Operations Team.About You:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities and qualifications:
Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client management.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Traffic Operations or a similar role.
Working knowledge of Temporary Traffic Management (including Co PTTM / NZGTMM preferred).
Relevant industry training and qualifications (STMS certification and/or a Class 2 license would be a plus).
A strong commitment to health and safety.
Proficiency in computer skills.
