The opportunity:

Our customers are the heart of what we do, and we are in search of an enthusiastic and self-motivated

Customer Service Representative to join our team in Auckland (Smales Road). In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, while supporting existing internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent position, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, working Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. You will also work closely with the wider sales and operations teams.

The responsibilities of this role include:

Processing orders for cash and trade customers
Quoting customers, cash schedules, making sure the showroom is stocked up
Assisting the accounts team
Helping warehouse with raising PO's and liaising with them for stock

About you:

Ideally, you are customer-focused, a natural at building relationships with a diverse group of people and possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Also, you pay great attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, excellent at time management, and have confidence using computers and any ERP systems.
