    Description
    Sie betreuen ein starkes Vertriebsgebiet welches Skandinavien, Kanada, den Nahen Osten, Indien, Asien sowie Australien und Neuseeland umfasst. Zusammen mit vorhandenen und neu zu gewinnenden Kunden und Partnern erhöhen Sie die Sichtbarkeitdes Unternehmens im Vertriebsgebiet. Sie tragen wesentlich zum Wachstum des Unternehmens bei. Sie betreuen vorhandene Kunden und Vertriebspartner in den Regionen und erarbeiten mit diesen Wachstumsinitiativen, verfolgen deren Umsetzung und unterstützen diese vor Ort. Sie identifizieren neue Partner und helfen diesen erfolgreich zu werden. Durch Ihre Arbeit ermöglichen Sie unseren Kunden eine erstklassige Kundenzufriedenheit.
    Aufgaben und Erwartungen

    Selbstständige und professionelle Betreuung der vorhandenen internationalen Direktkunden und Distributoren
    Vertrieb und technische Beratung basierend auf zielorientierter und systematischer Kunden- bzw. Marktbearbeitung
    Aktive Neukundengewinnung insbesondere Entwicklung und Aufbau internationaler Vertriebspartner
    Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
    Erschließen neuer Anwendungen und internationaler Märkte
    Optimierung und Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategien des Unternehmens unter Berücksichtigung landesspezifischer Aspekte
    Entwicklung effizienter, nutzbringender und interessanter Ideen als Lösungen für den Kunden
    Eigenverantwortliches Führen von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
    Organisation und Teilnahme von Messen und Vertriebsveranstaltungen
    Coaching von Projektanfragen und der Projektabwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen im Stammhaus
    Profil / Hintergrund

    Der Stelleninhaber verfügt über eine technische Ausbildung als Techniker, Bachelor, Master, Dipl. Ing aus den Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder ein BWL-Studium mit technischem Schwerpunkt. Sie haben idealerweise bereits ca. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, Channel Management oder Außendienst. Kenntnisse aus der Armaturenindustrie sind von Vorteil.
