    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Support:

    Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

    Customer Satisfaction:

    • Assisting the general manager in kitchen management duties.
    • Assisting the general manager in marketing strategies and event management.

    Financial Management:
    Assist in controlling costs, maximizing revenue opportunities, and achieving financial targets through effective cost management and sales strategies.

    Compliance and Safety:

    Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies, maintaining a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.


    Leadership and Team Building:
    Inspire and motivate team members from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.

    Qualifications:

    • At least three years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
    • Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Sound understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial controls.
    • Ability to adapt to new cultures and embrace diversity, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
    • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
    • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse customs and traditions.
    • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is advantageous.
