The Ultimate Care Group Limited is a privately owned specialist residential aged care services provider, offering Rest Home, Hospital and Dementia care to the elderly in 19 residential facilities throughout New Zealand, as well as nine boutique retirement villages.

We are on the lookout for a versatile and dynamic Marketing specialist with the ability to be autonomous and really take ownership of the facilities marketing needs.

Working closely with the Facility Managers you will firstly understand their individual site and location, to shape and execute the marketing strategy and campaigns to support them in growing their occupancy.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in the growth and success of our facilities.

Reporting to the GM, you will:

Develop and execute marketing plans to increase facility awareness in their local community
Develop and oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms and print media
Conduct market research, analyse performance, and optimise campaigns.
Monitor the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns.
Providing insights and recommendations for adjustments to marketing strategies.
Summarising key performance indicators and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Keep up to date with changes within the sector and company.

You will need relevant

Experience and a tertiary degree in marketing or related field or relevant experience
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content creation.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and digital channels e.g. eDirect Marketing
Passion for innovation and creativity
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
