Description

We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our Business Services team in Christchurch on a 12-month Fixed Term basis.

This is a pivotal role, where you will be involved in a variety of tasks including supporting the Christchurch office alongside the Business Support Coordinator, general office administration, and providing cover for reception.

  • Administration of management team meetings, internal projects, preparing timely presentations.
  • Taking payment and processing supplier invoices.
  • Assisting in fleet management and health & safety.
  • Data entry and formatting reports and other relevant correspondence.
  • Scanning, printing and filing documentation.
  • CV Database support.
  • Arranging catering requirements for the office.
  • Coordinating office events, setting up meeting rooms.
  • Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Other ad hoc support for staff as required.

Nā tōu rourou | What you'll bring:

  • A proven background in Administration with at least 2 years' experience.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A full driver's licence (being able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles will be an advantage).
  • Well presented, selfmotivated and enthusiastic.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work accurately under conflicting time pressures.
  • Great attention to detail you'll be meticulous in managing information.
  • A fantastic, positive attitude.
