About the Role


We have an exciting opportunity to join our nursing team at Bruce McLaren Village in Howick, Auckland as a Registered Nurse working in the Coverpool roster Friday to Monday with a minimin of 30 hours per week.

This role involves being available to cover AM, PM and NIGHT shifts.

You will use all your nursing and people skills to:

  • Assess residents and develop and review care plans
  • Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators
  • Administer treatment and ongoing support to residents
  • Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
  • Use pioneering technology including our own purposebuilt care app myRyman Care
  • Provide compassionate and highquality care that is always good enough for mum, and dad
  • Effectively communicate with residents, families, and teams to ensure a collaborative care approach
  • Participate in relevant workshops, training, and certifications and commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

About You

  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism and kindness
  • Hold a valid and current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
  • Have previous experience working as a nurse in aged care (preferred but not essential)

  • Consistently share knowledge with others and contribute to a fun, friendly and respectful team culture
  • Have the ability to adapt to new clinical technologies and systems as required
  • Be proficient in clinical assessment and care with strong knowledge of aged care procedures and protocols
  • Efficiently demonstrate organisational and time management skills with capability to handle multiple tasks effectively
