    MCS Group is currently working alongside a global technology business to recruit a Regional Customer Account Director on a 12-month FTC.

    They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Customer Account Director to join their growing Customer Success team. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer success in your assigned region.
    You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, and closing deals with enterprise-level customers.

    Core Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement effective renewal strategies for the region to meet and exceed sales targets
    Analyse customer usage data, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for account expansion
    Collaborate with the sales, marketing and product teams to align renewal strategies with overall business goals
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the region
    Act as the main point of contact for escalated renewal issues and work towards timely resolutions
    Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
    Lead product education webinars to drive usage and adoption
    Provide accurate and timely renewal forecasts to senior management
    Utilise CRM tools and reporting systems to track and analyse renewal performance metrics
    Present regular reports on renewal trends, challenges, and successes
    Advocate for customer needs and feedback within the organisation

    Essential Criteria:
    3+ years of sales and account management experience with an emphasis on building strong partnerships
    Demonstrable track record of driving incremental revenue generation from existing client base
    Proven experience of high level customer service and associated interpersonal skills i.e. negotiation, strategic thinking, empathy, managing both internal and external stakeholders
    Deep understanding of customer success principles and best practices
    Experience preparing and conducting online presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
