Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As a Relationship Consultant within our Client Services team, you will work alongside the Relationship Managers and our wider banking team to provide a timely, complete and superior service to our customers.
Our strength lies in recognising that customers' needs differ and our aim is to provide a complete banking solution whatever a customer's size.
You will enjoy connecting with people and building lasting professional relationships.You will have a skill for recognising every opportunity to create magic through your outstanding customer service.
This is predominantly a phone-based role and being a primary contact for our customers day to day banking needs, you will be relied upon for your responsiveness, priority management and excellent communication and business support skills.
