    Are you a driven individual seeking a leadership position? Look no further
    Our busy supermarket is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic retail duty manager to join our team in Mosgiel.

    As the Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our store, with a particular focus on leadership and store presentation.

    Part-time or full-time hours are available for the right applicant.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Leadership- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional results.
    Store presentation- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organisation and merchandising to create in inviting shopping environment.
    Customer Service- Customer Service: Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

    Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies and procedures.

    THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
    Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
    Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
