Manage accounts payable processes:
invoice processing, payment preparation etc.
Ensure accurate financial data entry into Xero and other accounting software.
Perform general admin duties:
filing, data entry, office supplies maintenance.
Assist other admin team members as needed.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
ABOUT YOU Previous office admin experience.
Proficiency in Xero is a MUST.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
