    We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our diverse nursing community.

    The successful candidate will deliver essential healthcare services, develop and oversee personalized support plans, and mentor support workers to ensure high standards of care.

    Working alongside a network of registered health professionals, you'll play a key role in achieving the best outcomes for clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver essential healthcare services.

    • Collaborate with registered health professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

    Requirements

    • Registered or enrolled nurse with a current practicing certificate.
    • Experience in long term conditions, aged residential care, or medical nursing is highly desirable.
    • Strong team player with the ability to build professional relationships within the community.
    • Ability to plan and organise caseloads effectively, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a demanding, client-focused environment.
    • A current full driver's license is essential.
    • Digital confidence with using apps and computers.
