    Working alongside a network of registered health professionals, you'll play a key role in achieving the best outcomes for clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver essential healthcare services.

    Requirements

    • Registered or enrolled nurse with a current practicing certificate.
    • Experience in long term conditions, aged residential care, or medical nursing is highly desirable.
    • Strong team player with the ability to build professional relationships within the community.
    • Ability to plan and organise caseloads effectively, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a demanding, client-focused environment.
    • A current full driver's license is essential.
    • Digital confidence with using apps and computers.
