Description
Our LEGO Certified Store in Newmarket is looking for its new energetic Store Manager.

The store features life-sized LEGO models, a Pick-a-Brick wall, hard to find product releases and amazing bricks in hands engagement opportunities.

Designed in partnership with the LEGO Group, this store is an integral part of our LEGO Certified Store network and the home of LEGO in Newmarket.


_ Your Role:
_


As the Store Manager, you are responsible for leading and driving an engaging, customer driven culture within the store, be in-charge of all store operations to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

Mentor, develop and grow your own team, tailor your leadership style to empower and take your team on a fun, exciting journey with LEGO


Create an environment where creativity and imagination define the future of play and strive for outstanding results in customer experience and sales performance.


_ Your Purpose:
_


  • Be able to create store rosters according to daily traffic, peak periods and optimize the team resources.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to build a highperforming team environment.
  • Implementing plans to achieve high results in sales and customer service expectations set by the Support Office team.
  • Work closely with your team to fulfill online orders and execute instore activations.
  • Responsible for inventory management including stocktakes & cycle counts.
  • Responsible for implementing instore visual merchandising standards.
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative team environment that promotes a safe & fun atmosphere.
  • Responsible for instore recruitment, training, and team development for future career possibilities.

_ To be successful for this role:_

  • At least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to build a highperforming & results driven team in sales and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Epitomise professionalism but recognise the importance of a fun, encouraging and welcoming team environment and have a genuine passion for LEGO
  • Be selfmotivated, driven, results orientated and can demonstrate success in achieving KPI's within a retail atmosphere
  • Demonstrate an ability to develop, inspire and coach a small team of retail professionals and can connect the team to the essence of the LEGO brand
