About the role:

Sheffield's successful Christchurch office is looking for another superstar to join our high performing team We seek an experienced, professional and pro-active Personal Assistant to support us to deliver the exceptional levels of quality and service Sheffield is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Fastpaced and varied role providing administrative, Personal Assistant and support functions
Work closely to support Consultants, coordinating all aspects of Recruitment, Search, Consulting, Psych Assessment and other HR projects
Collaborate and be involved with crossorganisation projects

Skills & Experience:

You will have:

Excellent communication skills
A customer focused attitude
A highly collaborative style
High attention to detail
Superb organisational skills
Loads of initiative
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with fast and accurate skills
Passion for working with a variety of clients and getting to know their organisations

This is a varied, busy and highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced PA who thrives on working in an outstanding team and stimulating office environment.

Experience working in professional services or a corporate environment is preferred.
