About the role


We are currently looking for a Customer Service superstars to join our team, based at our Customer Service Centre in Palmerston North.


This is a full time position for 12 months, with the hours being Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm (40 hours/week).

Please note that the duration of this contract may be finished earlier if the person on maternity leave decides to shorten their maternity leave.


This role focus on building and retaining relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional and professional level of customer service is provided in a timely manner.


Key tasks and duties include:

  • Answering internal/external customer queries and phone calls,
  • Ensuring that all calls, queries, complaints and inquiries are investigated and logged in the Customer Relationship Management system,
  • Generating referrals to the appropriate store or business unit where appropriate,
  • Making outbound calls to both internal and external customers,
  • Being available to cover shifts and work public holidays/weekends when requested.

About you
The successful applicants will display excellent communication skills, high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic.

  • Fantastic phone manner, and excellent interactive and written communication skills,
  • Experience in customer service and a proven team player
  • A quick learner, with the ability to work unsupervised,
  • Salesforce and SAP experience preferable.
