Our Opportunity

We wish to complement our existing team with experienced Civil Labourers for our NBN Project within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout.

Based on your experience and knowledge, you will be part of one of the following teams:

Pit Crew: Removing and installing telecoms pits
ACM

Pit Crew:
Removing ACM pits- Link In Crew: Linking in duct network into new/existing telecommunications pits and manholes

In this role you'll be responsible for:

Working in a team of civil labourers and pit crews
Site preparation for telecommunications works
Use of various hand and power tools
Making sure works are completed on schedule and in line with Quality and Safety standards,
Assist in additional aspects of construction as required.

How you'll connect to the role:

Trade qualifications desirable but not a must
Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)
Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) Accreditation preferred (training can be provided)
Full drivers licence
Reliable & punctual with a good attitude towards work with good on-site problem solving expertise
Able to work away from home if required
