Currently the Team Leader of Training Technology within the NZDF. I have been working for Defence for 11 years, and other roles have included Advanced Learning Designer and a Learning Designer within Defence. 

Within Defence I am also the Chair for OverWatch, which is the NZDF Rainbow Community.

Before NZDF I was a teacher for 10 years, within Hospitality and Retail Services.
