I am an experienced operations and safety professional with more than ten years in mining, construction, and infrastructure projects. My background includes leading multi-site operations, managing cost centres, and coordinating logistics, plant, and people to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective outcomes.

Currently, I oversee daily operations and safety on a major water infrastructure project in Rotorua, where I manage contractors, budgets, and logistics while ensuring service continuity in a live plant environment. I build high-performing teams by focusing on coaching, competency, and a safety-first culture.

I hold a NEBOSH International Diploma, along with NZQA Level 5 Blasting Engineering certifications for both underground and surface operations. I am permanently based in New Zealand, hold a full Class 5 licence, and bring strong digital skills (SitePass, Aconex, Excel, SiteConnect).

I am motivated to take the next step into a senior leadership role, bringing my strengths in operations, safety, and people management to support Ballance in delivering excellent service to customers across the Bay of Plenty.

I hold a NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (2024) and two Level 5 Blasting Engineering Certifications from South Africa, covering both underground and surface operations. In addition, I have NZQA training in working at heights, confined space, and EWP, supported by a full Class 5 licence.
