I am a senior product leader with broad experience across financial services, technology and large scale transformation. I have led major programmes in banking, investment platforms and global technology, and I enjoy bringing clarity and structure to complex environments. My focus is always on creating customer experiences that are simple, purposeful and grounded in real insight.

I work well across design, digital, data, engineering and customer facing teams, and I am known for building strong relationships that help teams move faster and with more confidence. I enjoy connecting strategy to delivery and making sure people understand the impact of their work. I take a calm and practical approach, even in high pressure situations, and I am comfortable influencing senior stakeholders to keep focus on the outcomes that matter.

I have more than twenty five years of experience across financial services, technology and large scale transformation. I have led major programmes in banking, investment platforms and global technology, and I have built and guided high performing product teams that deliver meaningful customer and commercial outcomes. My work spans customer propositions, regulatory alignment, platform migrations, digital experience, data driven decision making and complex stakeholder environments. I have completed a strong mix of business, technology and financial qualifications that support senior product and leadership roles. My education includes a Bachelor of Business with an Information Technology major, a Graduate Diploma in Business and a New Zealand Diploma in Business Management, all from Auckland University of Technology. I also hold the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Institute and the New Zealand Certificate in Banking. This combination gives me a solid foundation across financial services, product strategy, technology and commercial decision making.
