Experience

Fonterra – Senior Change Manager                                               JULY  2023 – DECEMBER 2023

Contract role working with a small team to rapidly deliver a new procurement platform (SAP Ariba) aimed to improve vendor relationship management for Fonterra and it's suppliers; Ownership of associated internal and external training and support content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for change plans already in progress, further development and delivery of impact and learning needs analysis, early life-support, readiness and adoption plans to strategically manage enterprise-wide training prior to November go-live. 
  • Design/build of support content, mobilisation of change network and facilitation of online and in-person training and awareness sessions.

ANZ NZ - Senior Change Manager                                                  AUGUST 2022 – JULY 2023

Contract role as Change Lead for Payments NZ’s 7 Day Processing (SBI365) programme. Essentially delivering 7 day domestic payments for all banking customers in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and ownership of detailed change deliverables across five workstreams. Including detailed impact assessments, learning needs analysis, strategic plans to manage go-live incident management and change resistance, go-live readiness/support, adoption and transition to BAU.
  • Development and execution of risk assessments, benefit realisation, and other applicable change deliverables, using a wide range of materials and mediums, e.g. training bytes, facilitated sessions from Executive level to end users, eLearning, videos, marketing material, screensavers, intranet ‘hubs’, FAQ’s, quick reference guides and more. 
     

Aon New Zealand – Project/Change Manager                              JANUARY 2020 – JUNE 2022       

Contract role specifically focused on delivering new regulatory requirements for the entire insurance industry, delayed until 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage and actively manage nationwide stakeholders (including the set-up of Change Ambassador network)
  • Development of business-wide gap and impact analysis, adoption, communication and training plans and support, marketing and guidance material

Headhunted by the Head of Technology for my experience delivering technology change, this role was instrumental in fostering improved engagement between IT and the rest of the business, leading and delivering a range of both behavioural and technology transformation programmes and finally, leading a team of analysts – tasked with identifying opportunities for cost saving and process improvement.
