Construction professional with over 13 years of international experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, including underground stations, highways, land development, major earthworks, drainage systems, and bridge structures.

and to specification. Responsible for day-to-day construction monitoring, coordinating contractors, and
resolving design or site challenges to keep the program on track.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor site progress against program and budget, forecast costs, and identify opportunities for
cost optimisation.
• Track and report on commercial risks, variation orders, and cost benchmarks to support informed
project decisions.
• Develop and implement day-to-day construction programs, allocating resources and coordinating
site teams for efficient delivery.
• Review design documents and liaise with consultants to resolve queries, ensure compliance with
specifications, and maintain constructability standards.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and supervisors, addressing non-conformances and
implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain safety standards across the site, leading JSEA, work procedures, and proactive
inspections to foster a strong safety culture.
• Facilitate coordination between contractors, clients, and design teams to ensure smooth project

• Successfully handed over structural works of the seven-storey station, including excavation, rock
stabilisation, reinforced concrete, steel installation, and underground drainage.
• Received Golden Hammer Award for achieving project targets during COVID isolation.
• Contributed to achieving 22 million safe work hours across main stations and tunnels.
Site Engineer, CPB Contractors (Fix-term) February 2021 – June 2021
Wellington, New Zealand
Delivered construction for the $1.25B, 27 km four-lane expressway, covering pavement, earthworks,
drainage, and bridges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supported program planning, resource allocation, and cost vs. productivity analysis.
• Managed site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintained QA documentation and ensured compliance with safety, environmental, and design
standards.

First on-site role in New Zealand following completion of Postgraduate Diploma in Construction
Management. Supported construction of kitset, single-story homes built with steel sub-frames in a
production-line system.
Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
• Assisted tradesmen with wall framing, roofing, trusses, subflooring, and cladding, ensuring
compliance with NZS3604 standards.
• Conducted regular quality checks and prepared documentation for council inspections.
