• Supervise the Staff/ Co-workers, ensuring that all staff members are working efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure the delicatessen counter is appropriately stocked and merchandised at all time during the shift.

• Skillfully cook adobo chickens, slice meats, prepare sandwiches, pizzas, and ‘heat and eat’ meals etc.
• Maintain high standards of presentation in the serve-over area.
