    Description

    We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Retail Sale Assistant, a motivated and committed person to join our team in our store.

    You will assist with the store's operation during your shift and provide excellent customer service.

    We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week with a pay rate $ $ 31 per hour.

    You will be working as per the roster hence flexibility is essential in this role.


    RETAIL ASSISTANT
    Your Task included but not limited to –


    • Greeting and serving customers, answering inquiries and providing product information.
    • Determining customer requirements and advising on available range and price
    • Accepting payment by cash and EFTPOS.
    • Maintaining store appearance, stocking shelves, and organizing displays.
    • Assisting with the ongoing management of stock such as product inventories and participating in stock-takes.
    • Stacking and displaying products for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold
    • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
    • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
    Job Requirements


    • Sales and customer service experience preferred.
    • Relevant qualification preferred.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lift and move heavy boxes of products.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
