Join Our Team as a Store Manager at Super Value Bell Block

Are you a dedicated leader with a passion for retail? Super Value Bell Block is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our team.

This is a full time permanent position, working at least 30 hours per week.
Please note you will need to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to maximize profitability
Build relationships with customers and the local community to drive loyalty and repeat business


Requirements:
At least 3 years work experience in supermarket management or similar role in retailing
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of retail management best practices and financial management
