    Description
    Yannix Co. Ltd. is a global leader in providing visual effects (VFX) preparation & support services to film, TV, and advertising industries. We service clients from all over the world such as USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Australia.

    Given our rapid growth, we are looking for accounting staff to assist or to share responsibilities with our senior accountant.

    This position is open to new graduates who are smart and eager to learn. We will provide the required training. This position is also open to those with work experience, even up to a senior-level. Your compensation will depend on your work experience.

    Responsible for all types of tax-related documentations, tax filing, tax remittance, and tax returns to be accurate, filling and complete as required by law and on time.

    Responsible for all of tax audit in monthly/annually, tax filling, document preparation, tax consulting, etc.

    Responsible for all functions relating to tax administration within the definitions prescribed by company, including periodic tax accounting and reporting.

    Review and monitor to ensure that the details of monthly, quarterly, annually financial statements, invoices payments, expenses of the company and entering transactions are prepared accurately and completely.

    As well as spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
    Regularly update tax laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
    Dealing with The Revenue Department, DBD, including tax audits.
    Liaise with external auditor in preparing of audit schedules and audit plan.
    Responsible for quarterly fixed asset audit.
    Responsible for Stamp duty filing.

    Assist with day-to-day account problem solving by providing guidance and raising issues and solutions to the senior team and figure out how to work around problems.

    Attend to the entity's AR, AP, monthly, quarterly or yearly account closing, bank reconciliation and other ad hoc matters.
    Key Competencies / Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance or relevant fields.
    At least 3 years' work experience in Accounting and Thai tax compliance experience is a must.
    Strong knowledge of all taxes, accounting principles and practices.
    Detailed and Accuracy.
    Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
    Proactive and can-do attitude, willing to learn and thirsty for knowledge.
    Good command of English (Writing , Speaking , Reading).
