    Description
    Tasks

    Ensuring products and services provided meet the Company's standards at all times;
    Providing service in a timely manner and maintain a high level of service to suit each guest's needs and requests;
    Monitoring the operation of the company's businesses and reporting to senior management if any issues are found;
    Welcoming customers to the restaurant when they arrive and taking orders;
    Confirming if guests are satisfied with our food and service as and when possible to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
    Receiving customers' requests, complements and complaints and respond to them in a timely manner;
    Creating staff rosters depending on staff's skill levels and their availabilities;
    Building a sales and service team and advising staff to improve their skill sets and work ethics;
    Educating team members to enhance their knowledge in the goods and services they provide;
    Being involved in recruitment and evaluating staff's skill sets for planning future staffing;
    Interviewing staffs to right fit their skill sets with the positions;
    Encouraging staff to enhance their skill sets and learn how to handle issues in the operation;
    Analysing causes of issues in the sales and services provided and taking appropriate actions such as remedies, improvement of procedures;
    Recording inventory and regular stock takes and ordering goods if it is running short;
    Reporting daily sales to the head office at the end of the day;
    Monitoring the goods and services provided and whether the prices are matched to their values;
    Ensuring the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) procedures are correctly implemented;
    Ensuring the goods and services provided, interior and exterior of the premises are following all hygiene and safety regulations;

    Skills

    Verifiable relevant work experience for more than 1 year or equivalent qualification;
    Basic knowledge in goods and services to be provided, relevant safety and health requirements;
    Team Player;
    Good command of English for communication with customers and staff;
    Knowledge in Japanese food and beverage culture, hospitality and tourism businesses is an asset;
