    Description

    If you're a Leadership Development Manager that is office based and you may be deciding it is time for a remote option to have a greater time and location flexibility.

    We are in the personal development sector marketing e-courses and events all over the world that are designed to educate us to understand our thinking and create better results in many areas of our lives.


    We are seeking people at a senior level who want to make their own decisions in an independent role, highly driven and have serious goals to fulfil.

    The right candidate will enjoy communicating and interacting with people all over the world and will have the option to work flexible hours due to a global market.

    Full training is provided, therefore no specific experience in this industry is required.


    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect new team members
    • Follow online training, compliance
    • Attend company wide training calls
    • Build long lasting relationships
    • Touch base with dedicated trainer
    • Create and review marketing campaigns

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years experience in a similar field
    • Strong interest in personal growth
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Self-motivated, big thinker to create success for yourself
