    Description

    Your main responsibilities will be:
    Develop strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness, including promotions, advertising, and social media
    Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports to maximize profitability
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and new product developments to make informed pricing and purchasing decisions
    Oversee day-to-day operations, such as inventory management, staff scheduling
    Ensure customers receive a positive shopping experience, both online and offline, and handle any escalated issues effectively
    Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service
    Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
    Implement systems to track inventory levels, determine purchasing plans according to sales performance, order stock as needed
    Analyze costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality
    Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best deal
    Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of scooters and related accessories
    Evaluate supplier performance and check product quality to ensure that all items meet company standards
    Coordinate with stakeholders such as logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods
    Oversee records of purchases, contracts, transactions and supplier agreement
    Track all movements of supplies and ensure restock at optimal times
    Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

    We are looking for someone who:
    At least five years' proven experience in the business sector in NZ or overseas, experience in international trade or purchasing is preferred
    Bachelor qualification is required.
    Postgraduate degree in business management is preferred
    Has ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders
    Able to work under pressure with flexibility to travel outside of Auckland for business
    Committed to drive business growth and maximize profitability
    Has strong time management skills and communication skills

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing our brand across New Zealand.
    You may need to travel outside of Auckland, or even New Zealand, for the growth of business.
    The job is expected to have 30 hours per week with expected salary of $74,880 – $78,000.
