Mieke Bond van den Brink

I have over 20 years project management experience focused on ensuring the project outcomes meet business objectives.  I am accustomed to quickly adapting to an organisation’s project framework, be it scrum, agile and time-boxing as well as waterfall SDLC project delivery. 

My soft skills are in how I work with people at all levels, building strong relationships, coaching and collaborating with stakeholders, executive management and business teams resulting in strong delivery.  I use collaborative, hands on approach to create successful, functioning project teams. I enjoy communication, be it face to face, remote, running troubleshooting and process workshops and written communication. You would be totally confident in my abilities to present to a senior leadership team as well as present a workshop with stakeholders.
