- Two-way texting that enables immediate connection with pet owners, automatically updating the patient record and communication log without character count limitations or extra fees.
- Pre-appointment instructions that drive both visit and diagnostic compliance, including fecal or urine sample reminders, drop-off and pickup times, and recommended blood work.
- Build & execute test approaches and tests that are well crafted and fit for purpose.
- Participate in team ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, stand-ups, retro, reviews, design workshops, walkthroughs etc.)
- Identify and enable test standards, methods and relevant tools to ensure test coverage that meets desired customer outcomes.
- Working collaboratively with your team, promoting good testing practices and providing consistent feedback on areas and opportunities for improvement.
- Promote a care for quality within the product, collaborating with the wider QA practice.
- Interact with team to determine quality parameters and boundaries based on customer outcome.
- Learn to diagnose and resolve system glitches (bugs)
- Contribute to the maintenance of the Vello framework, existing code structure, and the cloud environment
- Constantly monitoring the Vello cloud environment and assist in the 100% uptime goal
- Contribute to all front line BAU process and aid in further improving the process
- 3+ years' experience as a QA or Test Practitioner
- Proven experience with different software testing techniques across all test levels, technical layers and in enterprise-wide systems
- Experience with principles and practices related to cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of the disciplines of Quality Assurance, Test Engineering and designing for testability.
- Contributing to QA planning an strategy.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Agile / Scrum practices and ceremonies.
