- Developing high-level relationships within enterprise accounts to provide the opportunity to win the largest deals
- Understanding and documenting the strategic direction of assigned enterprise accounts and developing sales strategies to meet long-term account needs
- Coordinating resources to meet customer needs and maximize sales effectiveness
- Identifying solutions for Enterprise Accounts and closing complex projects
- Establishing master contracts with enterprise accounts to ensure long-term relationships and preferred status; and
- Achieving personal revenue targets and objectives for assigned enterprise account(s)
- Strong experience in sales / account management / Business Development in ICT industry or any relevant industries
- A proven track record in the enterprise sales space
- Previous exposure with providing solutions for projects; and
- While not essential, exposure to IT products, technology, or automation will be viewed favourably

Reporting to the Director, you will manage the Sales & Marketing and Business Development, managing all components of client management, business development, marketing and communications for the company.
Your role is crucial in maintaining and growing the organization's sales, brand, customer base and reach Internationally.Key international markets include the NZ/Australian/Americas/India/Europe, must have proficiency in different languages like Spanish, French, Portuguese, English and Hindi.

About This Role It's a newly created role, which is both strategic and tactical.There is the focus on the big picture while also executing on the day-to-day needs across all aspects of Sales and Marketing.
You will work closely with your Sales team to understand each market and identify the right sales and marketing approach for each market.
You will focus on acquiring and retaining new customers to increase marketing's contribution to revenue and achieve success.This role will see you owning current marketing strategy as well as overseeing the delivery of engaging marketing campaigns that generate new business leads and additional revenue opportunities for the business.
There is a strong digital focus for marketing.Your Experience and Skills You will have several the following:· Strong leadership skills who can provide guidance, direction and coach staff and/or dealers to improve their knowledge, skill and performance.· Ability to work in an international B2 B and / or CE environment.· Successful history and/or demonstrated capability in selling high value solutions into an international market, ideally in capital equipment / machinery solutions or similar.· Experience with Sales Process Management & Consultative Selling – ideally with products such as capital equipment, machinery, materials handling systems, fruit handling systems, and/or food processing industry· Sound understanding and practical, hands-on capability for developing tactical and practical marketing plans/activities markets· Understanding of marketing processes particularly for website management, digital marketing, CRM & trade shows· Financial reporting and forecasting of ROI on Sales and Marketing investments.· You need to have the ability and willingness to travel as required.
