You will join a team of hardworking, dynamic and passionate software engineers, working with key architects, product managers, and other partners continue to deliver a new generation of on-demand Enterprise solutions crafted to meet the needs of today's global businesses.
About the RoleSome of the things you can expect to do include:
Write and maintain solid, robust, efficient and maintainable code using Workday's Object Oriented framework and tools
Write reliable unit, integration, and system level tests that will run on our continuous delivery pipeline
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features in the Workday Payroll product
Mentor and learn from other team members through pairing, code reviews, knowledge shares, hackathons, etc.
About You
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience with software development
Proven experience with one or more Object Oriented languages
Other Qualifications
You are a problem solver who is motivated by successfully delivering new features and functionality to users
You possess a good understanding and appreciation of test automation principles
You have familiarity with what is required to craft, build, test, and supervise a business critical software solution in production
Knowledge of XML and Integration technologies
You have a passion for code quality
You like working on an agile team
