    Position Overview:
    As a Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to success.
    You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient store performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.

    From managing inventory and merchandising to coaching and motivating our staff, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of excellence.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate a team of dedicated associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
    • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining optimal levels of merchandise.
    • Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and maximize sales.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
    • Foster a positive work environment by providing guidance, support, and training to team members.
    • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
    Working hours - 30 to 40 hours per week
    Pay Rate - $29.66 to $30 Per hours


    Qualifications:

    • Previous retail management experience, preferably in the grocery industry.
    ( 3 years only in NZ)

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower others.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
